The United States ARMY was looking for a internet/intranet based survey solution that could easily be distributed to personal around the globe. The database system needed to be dynamic in nature to allow for not only surveys but be used as a rapid forms generation tool as well. The system also needed to be able to support 9,000 daily users with an additional 15 survey creators & administrators.
The ARMY was evaluating web based survey solutions when C-Technologies.net's Surveys On The Fly was referred to them from one of our clients glowing reviews posted on an IBM website.
After receiving the Army's full system requirements C-Technologies.net recommended Surveys On the Fly 1.0 the grand parent to the newly redesigned S3 Surveys. This solution allows for total creation of survey components through a browser based easy to use Graphic User Interface (GUI). The solution allows for over 9,000 surveys to be published at one time and can support 75,000 concurrent users.
